“ The Big Sky (canvas) Kyra painted for our Morrocan style lounge is stunning — the way the gold catches the light and shifts as you move around the room, with soft bursts of pink and amber radiating through the clouds. It really holds the space and brings an elegance to the room. There are even tiny birds hidden near the horizon I didn’t spot until my third or fourth look. It’s the kind of piece that changes throughout the day, and knowing she made it with me in mind makes it even more special.”

Nick’s Morrocan style lounge was full of textures, patterns and colour, with earthy tones, deep reds, blues and gold. We wanted to create a statement piece that would make your eyes pop while unifying the surrounding space, pulling it all together.

This was one of my fastest paintings to date. It just flowed! Something about the brief really clicked and it felt so natural to create. I loved every second and the teal, blue and silver tones felt very reflective of Adam and Bernie’s characters. There is such hope and a sense of resilience in this piece.

I will never forget what Suleika quoted about this piece when she saw it in the making. Her descritption of it was spot on. Originally, it was destined for my own bedroom! However, when she clapped eyes on it and said how taken by it she was, we had to make it hers! We discussed where she planned to have it, and I incorporated subtle warm earthy tones to tie in with the light terracotta wall.

The mock ups were great too as it meant I could see what the final pieces might look like. The pink mountain she painted also has such a special meaning behind it, and the copper tones are beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!”

This gorgeous couple wanted to celebrate the birth of their baby girl! Mountains had to be the theme! The little duo (aurora and milky way) worked so well in the entrance hall and the third pink mountain went into the nursery. Such an honour!

When I asked her to create something using those colours, she produced a stunning bespoke unicorn painting for our new home. It has taken pride of place in every home we’ve lived in! I’ve also asked her to create something for our wedding in 2027… watch this space!”

The brighter and girlier, the better for Grace! So we went with this technicolour unicorn! It’s so heartwarming to know what joy it brings her and can’t wait to paint her wedding tree next year!

There are so many gorgeous details such as a stag and rabbit hiding in the meadow, a little saying on the balloon and whimsical butterflies. When Tulsi told me she had a bare wall in the nursery that needed filling, my assignment was clear! Challenge was readily accepted and oh how I loved creating this cute little composition to tie in with the adventure theme in the room. Had lots of fun with this one, especially hiding the creatures for her to find!
